SceneLock

Terms of Service

Effective April 27, 2026

These terms describe how SceneLock accounts, subscriptions, provider keys, generated content, and support obligations work for paid and free users.

Service

SceneLock provides software for planning, quoting, generating, editing, exporting, and scheduling AI-assisted video projects. Some workflows require third-party provider accounts or OAuth connections.

SceneLock may label some features as beta, queued, manual, or provider-gated when the workflow depends on third-party approval or customer-supplied credentials.

Accounts and billing

Free, Pro, and Studio plan limits are enforced by the application. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and remain active while payment is current.

Provider charges from your connected OpenAI, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, storage, or other accounts are separate from the SceneLock subscription unless a hosted-provider option is explicitly shown and quoted.

Your content and keys

You retain ownership of prompts, scripts, brand assets, uploaded media, provider outputs, and exports that you create through SceneLock, subject to the terms of the providers and source materials you use.

You are responsible for having rights to uploaded inputs, likenesses, voices, trademarks, music, footage, and source materials. Provider keys are encrypted at rest and are used only for requested workflows.

No guaranteed performance

SceneLock can help generate and prepare social video, but it does not guarantee views, revenue, virality, platform acceptance, or uninterrupted third-party provider availability.

Quotes are estimates based on configured provider pricing and expected units. Actual usage, provider availability, and retries can vary, and SceneLock records cost and refund events in the ledger.
